Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally ready for dispatch within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your preferred method of shipment. Customer Relations will communicate shipping cost which will need to paid before the shipment is delivered to the shipper.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Returns are permitted under the following conditions. Any returns must be received in a saleable condition, and be accompanied by a purchase receipt. A re-stocking fee of 15% shall be charged.
